Overview

Using this extension, Zoho CRM users can easily connect with Locator App to sync the leads from Locator App to Zoho CRM. This extension is used to sync all the leads information from Locator App to the Zoho CRM real time. You can followup the Leads and convert it them to your customers. Locator App is a Utility Product and you can manage all your locations/stores without any server or database. You can get the website leads from Locator App and manage it through the Zoho CRM. This User Manual document covers step-by-step instructions to install this extension from Zoho Marketplace and how to configure and use the integration functionality within your Zoho CRM account.

Extension Installation Steps

Go to Zoho Marketplace and search for “Locator App for Zoho CRM” to locate the extension and install directly from the Marketplace. Also, you can install the Locator App for Zoho CRM by logging in to your Zoho CRM account and follow the below installation steps.

To install the Locator App for Zoho CRM: 

·         Go to Setup -> Marketplace -> All. By default, all the Zoho Extensions currently installed within your Zoho CRM account are listed. 

·         Go to “All Extensions” tab to view all available Extensions. 

·         Click All Extensions, browse/search for Locator App for Zoho CRM. 

·         Click Install button. Make sure you check the “Agree to the Terms of Service” checkbox and click Install.

Extension Configurations Steps in Zoho CRM

Once installed the extension, automatically the page will be redirected to the Extension Details page. In this page, you can get the Webhook URL. Please find the below screenshot.

This Webhook URL is unique for all the CRM accounts and it is very important because we need to configure this URL in the Locator App Webhooks for lead sync up.

Note: After configuring the Webhooks in the Locator App account then only all the leads will be sync from Locator App to  Zoho CRM. 

How to configure the Webhooks in Locator App

Please follow the below steps to configure the Webhooks in Locator App.

·         Log into your https://locator.talentdeers.com and navigate to Integrations -> Webhooks.

·         Click Connect Webhook

·         In the Webhook Configuration modal:

·         Enter the Name and select the method id “POST”

·         Enter the “URL to Notify” which you have copied from the Extension Settings section in the Zoho CRM. 

·         Click SAVE button.

Extension Functionality

Once done all the setup in the Locator App for Zoho CRM Extension it’s ready to sync the leads information from Locator App to Zoho CRM. If any error happens while syncing the record from Locator App to Zoho CRM, then that will be created as a log in the “Locator App - Error Log”  module.

Extension Limitations

Please find the below list of limitations in this extension.

·         After installing this extension, new leads only sync from Locator App to Zoho CRM. History of leads are not sync with Zoho CRM. You need to export the leads from Locator App and Import it into the Zoho CRM manually.

·         You must configure the Webhooks manually in the Locator App first time.

Extension Uninstallation Steps

Uninstalling this extension from Zoho CRM will delete all its associated data. 

To uninstall Locator App for Zoho CRM Extension, please follow the below steps: 

·         Go to Setup -> Marketplace -> All -> Installed tab. All the installed Extensions will be listed. 

·         Browse for Locator App for Zoho CRM Extension and click on Uninstall link. 

·         Click Okay to confirm in the confirmation pop-up that follows. The Extension will be uninstalled.
